New beach park shines at night

As the new beach park progresses towards completion, these night-time photographs show how it will be a standout attraction.

The transformation of the beachfront is a key part of Aberdeen City Council’s £150 million City Centre and Beach Master Plan.

The beach works include a skate landscape, play areas, and an amphitheatre with an events field which can hold up to 11,000-people.

It is due to be completed later this year.
