Union Street Central streetscape furniture layout revealed

This diagram shows the layout of the new street furniture when the Union Street Central works are completed.

It shows where benches, planters and screened street bins will be located, along with the position of four new bus stops and four bike racks.

The diagram also shows crossing points for pedestrians and outlines the bus and cycle lanes. Bus services information will be released nearer the completion of works.

Also marked on the diagram are the locations of audible cycle lane alerts to aid passengers using the two bus stops between Correction Wynd and St Nicholas Street.

More details on the audible cycle lane alerts and the street furniture will be released closer to the completion of works.
